GLO₂® was created with a different standard in mind — not simply to make another electrolyte powder, but to consider the entire experience: the formulation, flavour architecture, ingredients, colour, mouthfeel, presentation and the moment in which it is enjoyed. Every element has a purpose. This is the GLO₂ Standard.

Seven Electrolyte Forms. One Considered Complex.

Triple-Stage Electrolyte Complex™ — at the foundation of every GLO₂ formulation is a multi-form electrolyte complex combining seven mineral forms: Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Bicarbonate, Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Bisglycinate and Calcium Citrate. Together, they provide sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium through a deliberately constructed multi-form formulation.

More Than Electrolytes

Every stick also brings together Marine Collagen, Taurine, Vitamin C, and Vitamins B1, B6 and B12. Each stick provides 1,750mg of marine collagen. The formulation matters — but GLO₂ was never going to be judged by its ingredient panel alone. It still had to be something we genuinely wanted to drink.

Formulation and Flavour Are One Discipline

Electrolytes, minerals, acids, collagen, vitamins and other ingredients all influence the sensory character of a drink — sweetness, acidity, texture, viscosity, flavour perception and finish. So flavour could never be treated as a separate finishing step. It was developed around the complete formulation, with sweetness, acidity, texture, aroma and finish balanced as part of one drink.

Flavour, Built in Layers

GLO₂ flavours were not selected as single-note profiles. Each was built as a three- or four-layer flavour composition, with individual elements chosen to play different roles within the same glass — a beginning, a middle and a finish.

A three-layer composition built around fruit, freshness and botanical character. Honeydew provides the soft fruit foundation, cucumber brings a crisp green freshness, and aloe completes the composition with a subtle botanical dimension. Cool. Crisp. Green.

Jasmine · White Peach · Lemon
White peach provides softness and body, jasmine introduces an aromatic floral dimension, and lemon brings brightness and definition. Delicate. Aromatic. Bright.

03 — KAGAYAKI · Radiate

Lychee · Pear · Grapefruit · Rose
Lychee and pear create the fruit body, grapefruit introduces brightness and contrast, and rose adds an aromatic floral dimension. Luminous. Floral. Layered.

Mouthfeel Matters

GLO₂ was developed around the entire sensory experience: flavour, sweetness, sourness, acidity, texture, viscosity and finish — enough sweetness to round the flavour, enough acidity to create freshness and structure, enough viscosity to give the drink body and presence, and a clean finish that invites another sip.

Founder-Formulated

GLO₂ was not created by simply selecting finished flavours and sending them to a manufacturer. Rodney Boucher remained directly involved in the flavour and formulation development of the collection, shaping and balancing each profile as a complete beverage experience.

The Colour Is Part of the Flavour

We experience a drink before we taste it. The collection uses natural flavourings and considered colour sources including turmeric and beetroot red, depending on the profile. No artificial colours. No artificial flavours.
